The name says it all "I Love Kickboxing"! I am 100% addicted to it. This workout is intense and challenging. If you want to leave feeling like you have conquered the world in an hour, then this is the place to go. I've been going for about a year now and I still look forward to my workout. Try it! I guarantee you will want to come back for more!

I bought 5 classes from Groupon just to try this gym. The first time I attended their class, I was happy with what i see. The staff at ILKB in Escondido, CA, are awesome. They're friendly and supportive. I felt so comfortable being in the class, so I decided to join. I've been a member for a month now, and I'm loving it. I make it a point to go at least 3X per week. When I'm there, I always feel challenged to push myself more to achieve my goal. Thank you, ILKB.

I've been a member for about a month and I absolutely love going to class. I leave knowing I worked hard and had fun while doing it. It's a great environment-- lively classes with good music and good company. I've tried so many things but this is one I know I will stick with. I'm drenched in sweat by the time I leave but I've got a smile on my face. And the staff is great -- they push you to do your best and motivate you along the way.

This place has been kicking my butt for the past month, but I've been seeing the results I've craved for years. I have more energy, more strength, and best of all, I'm trimming my waist.
The staff are all amazing and hold me to my goals every step of the way. I highly encourage everyone to at least try one of their introductory offers. It's worth every cent and you'll have a ton of fun.

I have learned a lot of exercises from ilkb and i personally motivate/show my friends how to get in workouts wherever they are. This place is amazing and the instructors are ultra cool.

ILKB has been the best investment I have made in myself in a long time! The trainers are so motivating and inspiring and my fellow members are so much fun to be with. If you are looking for a fun, challenging workout that is different each class you should check out ILKB Escondido!

This is a great place! The staff are genuine and motivating. The members are also friendly people like a family. I love coming here and get a full body workout and have fun at the same time.

After a 3-class trial, it wasn't difficult for my husband and me to decide to become members at ILKB Escondido. I've tried many different types of fitness classes, but I've NEVER had so much FUN working out until I started coming here! In addition to the excitement of learning new skills, gaining strength, and getting fit, the AMAZING instructors make it extremely easy for me to stay motivated to come to class each week. The HIIT warm-up is tough, but it's over before you know it... and then the fun begins! I also love that the classes are designed in a way that allow everyone to work at their own pace - so regardless of your fitness and/or experience level, this CAN work for you!! The instructors also do an incredible job of helping correct/improve proper form/technique, as needed. I am now stronger than I have ever been... and I look and feel great! I absolutely love my fit fam, and I think you'll love them, too! ;)

this place is what's making me get up and not take too long (unecessary) nap times. the staff are very energetic & they make you wanna keep coming back. infact, i just signed up for a year of membership with them and im looking forward to throw in more punches & kicks for the rest of the year. what a fun and challenging way of working out.

I really do love kickboxing!!!! (Get It? ;-) The atmosphere, workouts and support from staff is AMAZING!! Awesome and knowledgeable instructors with great music to get you all hype and pumped! Sweat my butt off and had fun! Can't wait for my next class!

I've had a positive experience with ILoveKickboxing Escondido so far. The instructors and the owner are so positive and motivating. I've tried various methods of working out- but with this one, it cut out the boredom and I saw results - I lost weight and I feel great. I been coming here since day 1 and my experience has been Great! The staff are filled with so much energy. They are motivating and I relieved so much of my stress. I have seen results in my body with toning up and having so much energy! I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to take their fitness to another level!

I tried Kickboxing for the first time just over a month and just fell in love with it on my first try. So much so, that I signed a one year contract after the first class. Five weeks later, I have no regrets. It has been the best decision I've made for myself.
The facility is immaculate, instructors are upbeat and encouraging.
I highly recommend I Love Kickboxing - Escondido, CA!
