Had good experiences the several times I've been there, since 2006. Still working on consistency and motivation.

So much more than a Bikram Yoga studio. Yes it has Bikram yoga, both traditional and express classes. But, they also offer Hot Pilates, Yin and occasionally Barre and Family Yoga classes. And as impressive as the schedule is with more than 50 classes per week, even more impressive is the amazing community of people. You won't find a more supportive community filled with all sorts of wonderful people who instantly become your family.

Some instructor is very strict . I was couple minutes late, she told me "can't take the class " , I couldn't take the class at second days. They didn't tell me anything about that when I sign up at first day of class if they tell me I won't be late! If this is policy , they should put on the sigh up paper!!!

Went to my first Bikram class today and everyone here was wonderful! Matt, our instructor, was very encouraging and welcoming... Can't wait to continue my yoga journey... Just wish the class was located closer to where I live :-(
