Great place to workout I was uncomfortable but the workers and the people that go to the gym they actually help you out I've had a few strangers help me out with a few things and get tips and advice definitely feel comfortable no judgment at all people want to help I just started back up feel so confident.

I need a double hip replacement n need to strengthen muscles in my legs so only use treadmill for now the staff is super awesome my range of motion is extremely limited n they are helpful helping me step up onto the treadmill n make sure I'm safe n secure then return to help me step off... no complaints no negative comments or inappropriate facial expressions... genuine care n excellent customer service...

We're all busy. You have to make it a priority. PF gym is a great place to workout for half the price. Its very spacious, clean, has more weights and organized. No Critics. No Judgements. Just hard work. Overall, I recommend this gym if you want to get in shape and live a healthy lifestyle.

Planet Fitness is a good place because the workers treat you right and help you out if u need anything also they teach you how to use the machines if dont know how and thats why i sometimes go there because its a pretty big place.

Good spot, especially if you can navigate the peak hours. More variety of equipment than some of the other PFs that I've been to. I wish they had something along the lines of a versa climber though, and sauna.
Great thing is people are their to work. A lot of the 24 and la fitness I've been to... Has become some what of a social hangout with people socializing or just watching tv while occupying machines...

I went in to cancel my 1 year memebership,the person at the front said to me that i could do it before the 10 th.
Im here today because platness fitness withdrawal 80 dollars annual fee.Im very upset because i could of cancel the same day i came to ask.The guy didn't mention that to me.So People watch put with the Stupid Contract they make you sign.

I go in at 12:30 AM . Im told i need my checking account information. My bank card isnt enough for you? First time wanting to sign up and im turned down . The banks arent even open at this time. Isnt tgis a 24 hour fitness? Make it more accessable .

I like this place It's refreshing to be in a clean environment as opposed to the LA Fitness in Rosemead.

This is the worst planet fitness I as a black card member have ever experience. Not only is it filthy, but the front desk employees are very rude. Half of the machines don't work, they why am I paying monthly fee's??? This was a terrible experience, HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND

The assistant manger "MELISSA" is very rude she does fraud transaction with credit card, they say they hold your checking account information when you sign up for the club, but they also hold your credit card info without your knowledge, be careful while signing up especially with this lady named with 'MELISSA' when we ask about this they are so rude and if we go to the club without your tag they dont even allow you even though if we tell our information like contact or name. Such horrible staff, never expected this kind of experience.

Really like this location. Good equipment and Black Card side is great. However the staff could use a pep talk. None of them that I have encountered seem to care about their jobs or the customers. It's okay to smile and acknowledge people standing in front of you guys...

Like this place, very clean, everyone clean the machines after using them, but the 2 fans on the roof for ME at least are terrible for my allergy, I like the place, but I am thinking to move to LA fitness, I like here bc its close to my house, clean, nice but as I said the 2 fans are not good for me. I wear sweater bc of that, I take an extra shirt to change in the restroom after 45 minutes exercising to be dry and not get sick again
I got sick twice this month ..

I received an email saying just go to the front desk you will get your key tag a warm welcome and tour of our facility.
I only got the key tag the front desk girl never smiled never even spoke to me she looked at my email said sign here and handed me the tag period there were 3 people at the front desk nobody said welcome to Planet fitness gave me a tour or anything else this is my first time my daughter signed up in Cathedral city and they were Fabolous to her she was really impressed. At least the facility is beautiful !

Beaware of the Manager Miguel he is very unprofessional and rude. He judges all the guests and chooses who to mess with. He is very shady and will ask you to sign a contract without reading the full disclosure. He is not supose to do this. He got caught and is now being reported! Beaware.

I just joined this gym and it is very well kept. I signed up for the $20 membership in order to use the massage chairs. Just so you know, there is a 5 minute time limit on the chairs and beds. You have to use your membership card to sign up for an appointment to use them. They're nice but I wish they gave you at least 10 to 15 mins. So Maybe think twice about the plan you want because this is year long contract. However, I have enjoyed my first few trips in. My one major complaint is people camping out and playing on their phones in the 30 min circuit area. The circuit area is perfect for me but I can't use it effectively when people are using it as a hide out.

Place is brand new which is nice and some of the staff are also new and they are nice but there at least a few employres here that obviously hate there job and treat patrons like garbage. It is in El Monte so a lot of the patrons are jerks as well. If you go here it shouldn't be a big problem but I would suggest a better location like Alhambra.

The gym is clean and although is not that big of a place there's plenty of equipment to use, it can get crowded sometimes but it doesnt interfere with your working out. Probably the only thing that I don't like is some associates they don't have a positive attitude.

Very friendly and heavy-friendly environment. Most other gyms don't have inviting atmospheres for heavyset people. The price is amazing!
