Hands down best gym in KC . Heavy weights and cross fit . Pay by the day or get a membership, either way you can't go wrong. This isn't your typical gym, it's a hardcore club.

If you want to bang out some heavy weight and get some friendly lifting rivalry then this is where it's at. Only take away is its not 24hrs

This place gives you the vibe of not messing around and getting your work in! I love it! Lots of free weights! Alot of machines for everything! They even have deadlift platforms!! Definitely worth the money!!
