Amazing facility and one of the best coaching teams in the whole USA!
I own a gym in San Diego and was visiting CF Davis to provide Adaptive Training education for their staff and local trainers. I visit a lot of gyms for the course and CF Davis is by far one of the best!
If I lived in Davis/Sacramento, this would be my new home :)

I love this gym! The trainers are all super knowledgeable, and despite being one of the top gyms/ competitors in California (sending both a team and individuals to The CrossFit Games), they are super welcoming and accommodating to all fitness levels. The community here is so supportive, and it's clear how much fun everyone has together. Class and individual programming are stellar. Can't say enough good things about this place!
