So fun and relaxing.
I am a certified Pilates instructor (PMA-CPT) visitng my daughter in Davis. I practice yoga also, and after walking by Kaya Yoga i decided to try a class. Dion is awesome! Her class flowed well and had good, positive energy. The class was well thought out and I could tell Dion really cared about her students' experience. Go here!

The best studio in Davis. Highest quality teachers and lovely space.
I went to Kaya Yoga off and on for four years. I will forever be grateful for my experiences in the studio. Kia and the other instructors (particularly Andrea and Rowan) were always patient and thoughtful in their approach to yoga. The instruction has empowered me to feel comfortable in any yoga studio both in my abilities but also in assuring that I make sure to listen to my own body and not to be swayed by instructors or other patrons. While the class don't leave you feeling wrung out, like some hot yoga studios, if you are thoughtful in the practice and follow the guidance of the instructors you still get an incredible work out both mentally and physically.
Wonderful studio with consistently amazing teachers. A very embodied yoga experience.
I love Kaya Yoga in its new location! It's open and airy, much bigger than their old one. It is easier to get to and I really love many of the teachers. I have definitely recommended Kaya Yoga to my friends and family who live in and around Davis and will absolutely continue to do so!
This is a yoga studio that is a true yoga "shala" or house of yoga. The teachers at Kaya help all who come there to tend not only their bodies, but their souls. I love the teachers' knowledge of yoga, their gentle and sometimes humorous approach and their fundamental focus on breathing and alignment as a means of coming into deeply into the present moment.

Been going for 7 years and still deeply appreciate all I learn at the studio. Kaya has the perfect mix of insight, instruction and humour - and the other teachers at the studio are also consistently good.
