Grant is an amazing person and coach! I am a powerlifter from Brazil and met him at a Starting Strength Seminar. After that, I went to Strength Co. and he welcomed me, let me watch a few classes, answered my questions and even gave me coffee and a t-shirt! I have completed 5 classes at YogaWorks Costa Mesa in the North End and I can not wait to go back. I feel like it works my difficult areas and am sore afterwards. Even though it is 50 minutes my legs are shaking half way through class.... more
A hidden gem in Costa Mesa ! Some great personal trainers and lots of great equipment to use. Easy parking right in front , showers , locker rooms even has some great Massage Therapists there! Very reasonably priced place that I recommend and like working out at !.... more
