"I workout about three to four times a week and for being in my late thirties, I can say I am in fair shape. I needed some change in my workout so I tried "Body by Lifestyle Fitness" and I can say I was 100% satisfied with the results. In 12 sessions or so, I dropped 10 pounds and lost 2-3% body fat. I could see and feel physical change in my body. My workouts were getting better cause I was getting tested on what my body could do. Each workout I looked forward to what Clorie had planned for me that day. And with training I also got useful dieting tips that I use daily. Not only did I gain an awesome trainer, but I gained a wonderful friend. In closing, when your friends say to you. 'Your looking good these days, have you been working out?' Then I know it was all worth it and I say, "Body by Lifestyle Fitness." I decided.

Clorie is fantastic, I was recommended to her through a friend a few months ago. She has awesome and creative workout routines! Very motivating and supportive!
