I have been a dedicated YW patron for over 17 years. During those years, I had 2 theft incidents in your studio. Once someone took my Manduka mat at Laguna Beach studio after a bathroom break and more recently you let some stranger into YW CM while we were in a class and the thief took my bag from the hallway. Even after those theft incidents, I stayed as a loyal customer for YW. My membership $ alone I paid over the years so far would be $20+k. Tonight, I forgot to put my mat back in my car after weekend outings, so needed to rent one from YW. The new manager in CM insisted me to pay $2. I clearly expressed my discontent given that I've been a regular monthly member for a long time and there was a membership increase recently so I asked to waive that rental fee. She confronted me and gave me no other option. She then checked and found out I had $1.78 credit under my account. She decided to take that pathetic $1.78 AND put the balance of $0.28 charge on my VISA card. It is beyond insulting and pitiful coming from a decent size company like Yoga Works. It shows extremely poor Customer Service and negative attitude of Don't Care about keeping your customer happy as long as I can go after the last penny of theirs. If making your loyal customer so unhappy and angry to a point where I'm now considering canceling my long lasted membership all together is your policy, you are on Fast track for a miserable business failure.
