I've had bad shoulders with limited extension for many years due to a baseball career and coaching some successful kids to SoCal LL Championship games.
Dan worked on muscle in upper arm and around my back to loosen up so the tightness wouldn't pull on my shoulders....they feel lighter and with continued 'proper' stretching I hope the lessened pain will continue to go away.
