AMAZING classes, the only workout I have ever loved. Nicole is the most awesome instructor, takes her time to make the workouts fun and makes every person comfortable.

This is the only studio that has ever gotten me hooked! I LOVE starting my day with Nicole. She is so energetic and welcoming. Nicole makes sure that every new client feels comfortable and she does an amazing job of giving individual attention no matter how many are in the class. She is extremely knowledgeable and super dedicated to making her classes fresh, fun and energizing. I am amazed at how much stronger and more toned I've become in the 4 months I've been going to her classes! And her taste in music is the BEST!
