Was here for a competition that was very well run and it was my first time at Upgrade. Parking sucks, there is only a small lot behind the building which requires tandem parking and the rest of the area has almost no street parking, so if it's busy you'll have a hard time. The equipment is well worn, but they do have a platform and set of completion kilo plates for weightlifters, which is a nice thing to see. The gym itself is small, but they make good use of their space with the racks laid out around the outside of the room and the center left open. Bathrooms are a bit lacking, but they work!
