I love this place! They're constantly updating their class schedule and everyone is so sweet!

Wanted to try something fun yet have a great workout and this is the place to do that. The girls are so encouraging and supportive I've taken clases with Jen P and Ashely, their classes are always fun. You don't known it was a workout till the next day when youe whole body is sore.
