Kids love going here. Perfect place to let them burn off steam and have fun. Plus they have sanitizer and all.

DO NOT SIGN THE WAIVER. Despite all the recent publicity about personal privacy rights, this business amazingly asks everyone who wants to participate to sign a waiver permitting them to take photos and video of you and your children and then use those photos for any purpose whatsoever, forever, without any right to even know what they're doing with them! A liability waiver makes sense, even a waiver acknowledging your photo might be taken (security, etc.). But you can use photos of my children for any purpose whatsoever without telling me? No thanks. Why would they need such a waiver? I don't want to find out. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
Over all good experience!! Especially for birthday parties!! Compared to Rockin' Jump and Pump it up I think it was better!!! Its bigger!! There is an arcade!!! And you can decorate your area and aren't shoved in a room...(unlike the other places mentioned) plus more areas to jump in.
When my kids first started coming here it was $10. GREAT DEAL. Then $12. Ok. Now it's $16 even for toddlers. If you bring other kids, it's so expensive. Then recently I noticed they made a larger arcade room thing. Why? What they had was ok. I went to have my kids jump on trampolines, maybe a couple video games. Now they want to do the whole arcade/ticket/prize thing. Ugh. Every place has that, I'm disappointed Sky High now has it.
Great place for kids to get tired so they can FINALLY sleep. The (im assuming) manager Jennifer was great at helping our large group sign in with ease. Will definitely come back again thanks to jennifer.
Where do I begin?! This place is awesome for kids to get out their energy. I recommend Saturday at 10 when they open. Malcolm, one of the staff person's who oversees the children is amazing, my kids loved him. He is very attentive to the children making sure they don't hurt themselves on the trampolines. He even greets the kids and plays with them for a bit so they don't feel left out. Awesome customer service, well done Malcolm! You definitely should be the next employee of the month or at least train new employee so that this level of customer service transcends to all shifts throughout the day. Alicia the manager exceeds customer service expectations as well. Initially my children were given a 1 hour wristband when I had paid for 2. She not only apologized for the error but added on a extra 30 minutes of jump time and a free rock climb for my kiddos. Star at the front desk stepped away from her desk just to help my kids on the rock climber, amazing. Overall my experience here was above exceptional and I will definitely be returning and recommend others to do the same. Thank you all again!

It's a good place to always take your kids for a couple hours of fun. Except this time they changed their policy of grandparents cannot sign for their grandkids. I had to explain to him that I am his legal guardian by court order and had to prove that before they would let him jump that was kind of a pain in the ass especially since we have been coming here for two years and already had a waiver for him

Massage chairs for adults. Food served here. Limited parking in lot, but street parking is available. Lots of room for kids to play. Small arcade.
The staff there are soooooo good with children in the spectrum. They always treat us very kindly.

Great place 2 take your little ones. They can get injuries so you need to supervise. Lots of little kids on weekends. Parking, the line for signing up and over crowed are the only issues.

The place seems very out of date and the trampolines are old and sound like the springs are popping so the jump is not as jumpy as it should be. The place smells like urine and cheesy feet.

Some pay close attention to safety, others are board or messing around with other staff. Bound to happen when run by highschoolers. Overall its a great place to my kids to run/bounce off energy when needed!
Our son had a great time. The party host were very accommodating and helpful. They threw a great party.
Sky high is a very fun place! They serve good food and beverages! Their staff is very friendly. It's a great place to burn some energy.

Fun place to take the kids. We paid for two hours worth of jumping but left after one. Two tired parents but happy kids.
We usually visit Tuesday afternoon for the special needs program. The staff is awesome always helpful and seems to know how to handle kids with special needs.
