Went to this gym to get membership information. No one to talk to until I see a young man on his cellphone in the office. He didn't bother to get off his chair and walk out of the office. I literally walked into the office, was not greeted and asked about membership. This guy was so unprofessional and very basic. I felt like he was brushing me off. Instead of him showing me around, he told me to help myself and went back on his cellphone. With this kind of customer service, there's no way my money would go towards this gym!!
So sad. Drove way out of the way for a workout and shower and the gym was dirty. Bathrooms where dirty and NO HOT WATER. Super disappointed
Manager is unprofessional and has a very negative vibe. Yelpers are saying the same thing. Management has not changed, still the same boy there. I will be cancelling my membership once my contract is up.

The staff here is always very friendly. The place is never crowded and the equipment is state of the art. They have private showers which I love and are always clean. Love it.
Good gym. Different style than other anytime finess gyms. What I didn't like is the dumbells. I don't like the brand because the weights tend to get loosed with time and there was couple of dumbells like that in the gym.
