Being new to the realm of mixed-martial arts, there was a lot I was afraid of. The support from such a knowledgable and diverse community of students and coaches has made my experience at Millennia invaluable. Would definitely recommend to anyone of any skill range who in interested in competing or just wanting a new hobby.
This is THE place for any level of athlete, fighter or artist. Excellent trainers, training partners and fair pricing for what you're getting! Been coming here for a quarter year or so and am an infinitely better (thank you guys)

Having trained here for close to a year and a half, I have to say this is the best gym I have set foot in. The staff is incredibly experienced, professional and honestly fun to train under. Highly recommended to someone who is brand new to mixed martial arts, along with anyone who has been training for a while now and looking for a gym. This is definitely your place.
A bit pricey but I plan to get my money's worth during my 6 month term. Ended up joining and primarily taking the Muay Thai sessions after taking the free three day trial. Never had any fighting experience, but just after two weeks, if I were to go back and fight myself before I started, I would destroy the old me. Looking forward to continuing and getting better both for the physical benefits and learning a new skill.
