Coach Ken is AMAZING! He has helped me reach my goal weight in 3 months and I have been able to sustain it too! He not only helps with your workouts, but also help with your diet. I may not always follow my diet (I really love chocolate milk and Cheese-its) but he knows exactly what to say to me to get me back on track without judgment. This is really important to me. He is more than just a personal trainer - He helps to transform your whole life! I can't wait to continue my training after this quarantine is over!

My daughter started working out with Coach Ken about a year ago. I have been so impressed with everything about his training. His program is holistic - He actually talks and LISTENS to my daughter and the training is so much more than fitness - he talks about diet, lifestyle, goals, commitment, dedication, leadership, etc. etc. I whole-heartedly recommend Coach Ken!! Plus - his 3 sessions for $20 is FABULOUS!! Check him out for sure!!

Awesome place to visit! They have a large range of equipment and their trainers are highly skilled and competent. They are always helpful and very patient. I would recommend going to this gym and the results are spectacular.

I HIGHLY recommend Ken. He is a dedicated personal trainer. He has helped me lose weight and achieve REAL change, at the perfect moment. His passion, commitment and program has helped me achieve MAJOR results. He knew how to design a program specific to me and my goals, allowing me to see REAL and long lasting change. Now, that I have achieved my goals, he has thoughtfully increased the challenge of my training to ensure I never reach a plateau and continue making progress.

Coach Ken has literally changed my life both physically and mentally. It's like getting a workout and personal development classes at the same time. I feel stronger in all aspects of my life and can take on the world. I have taken different trainers and have had difficulty finding a perfect balance of pushing me hard yet still motivating to come back. With Ken I have found that perfect balance where I am able to stay consistent for many months and enjoy attending every session while seeing results. I have lost the weight I wanted, gained muscle, and have an overall healthier lifestyle.

I highly recommend trying out Coach Ken and you can't get a better deal then 3 introductory sessions for $20. His timing and scheduling is incredibly flexible and he is always adaptable to a busy schedule. Uzima stands for full of life and that is exactly what I have become thanks to Coach Ken.

Again I highly recommend Ken! I have already recommended my sister, brother and friends and will continue to recommend him to anyone looking to improve their lifestyle.

How can I start. I was blessed to be introduced to coach Ken. And I emphasize the word coach. I have spent lots of money before but I had never paid for a coach and let me tell you that there is a world of difference between a coach and a trainer. A trainer just motivates you while working out. Coach Ken does that and so much more. He also has help me look inside me and know why I work out. Has helped me be more disciplined, keeps track of my calories and work out routines on the days I don't see him. Basically he goes way above and beyond a training session. I highly recommend him. He is a very trust worthy person and has a very kind and heart an is awesome at motivating you. You must give him a chance if you are looking to better your life style and body.

I hired Ken as my son's PT. What I did not know at the time he would be so much more, not only to my son, but to our family. He was a wonderful personal trainer and mentor for my son. His caring goes beyond the gym and you can see that in the way he is with his clients. My son was able to take away so much from Ken! Ken became family! I am sad we moved and no longer could receive his services. Move to Ohio Ken!

Coach Ken is a great personal trainer and even more knowledgeable person. He provides great help in becoming the best version of yourself. His workouts are tough but also very rewarding. I would recommend him as a trainer/life coach to every and anyone

I really enjoy working with Ken. He is a great Coach and truly cares. He is easy to talk to and ultimately wants what is best for his clients both in and outside of the gym. He is both inspiring and motivating and I would reccomend his business to anyone looking for an overall growth towards a happy, healthy lifestyle.

At first, I didn't think I could do many of the exercises. Ken was so patient despite my constant whining. However, he made me believe in myself, helped me changed my mindset, and little by little I am becoming more confident. I definitely recommend Ken if you are looking for a true change in your life.

I just completed a 5 session trial with Ken and really enjoyed it! I had never considered personal training in the past, however, I quickly saw the value in Ken's services. I love the accountability and at the same time fun that becomes apart of every session and your fitness goals. He's a great person to be around and extremely passionate and driven. I see now that I can achieve my goals much sooner and with more enjoyment with Ken. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested or in need of his services.

No two clients of his have the same program, because the emphasis for Ken is to make sure that his clients achieve maximum results whilst also keeping you accountable.

Never met a coach who literally pours his heart into ever facet of his training. Can't wait for Ken to start online coaching for people who don't live in California!

He teaches me to hold myself accountable for my choices, and he makes me feel comfortable with being honest about what I am (or am not) doing. He takes the time to get to know you, and in effect knows how to get the most out of you. He's been working with me for 4 months, and not only has my physical appearance improved, but also my behavior. He helps me keep my attitude in check. Love my workouts with Ken!
