They claim a life time warranty on their equipment. I had a VKR that I contacted them about rubber delaminating off the pull up bars. The warranty manager tried to SELL me new ones that should have been covered under their warranty. Had another problem with a bench that wobbled horribly on a level floor. Same manager lied and played games with me for over a year and never resolved the issue. He recently denied me any warranty service on a accessory piece with a failed weld. A piece that injured a member of my family. I spent $6000 on their equipment years ago. It is mediocre, overpriced equipment and dealing with their warranty dept. is a nightmare. Buyer beware!
Four months after posting this review D. Penado one of their executives of TuffStuff responded. Don't know what took them so long. Below is a reprint they submitted to the CA State Attorneys General Office after I had submitted a complaint trying to force them to honor their implied lifetime warranty. 90% of it is not accurate, distorts what actually occurred and does not come close to touching on the poor level of advertised LIFETIME warranty they are to provide. The letter does not include Manuel Aguilar, their warranty manager, trying to sell you warranty parts, sending rusty non conforming parts, being dishonest with you, or the best one, simply ignoring you.
Pictures, the same ones in my reviews, were sent to the dealer who also had the purchase of the items on record. In spite of the response from Tuffstuff, warranty was denied.
Shame on you tuffstuff.

Great place to work. Nice people gave me a chance to learn new trade in powder coat painting, machine shop work. And they even warm up your lunch . Miss this place .

TuffStuff Fitness International manufactures GREAT fitness equipment for Health Clubs, Gyms, Military, Colleges, Schools, Fire Depts, Police Depts, Apartments, Hotels, Corporate Gyms and Award Winning home gym products. They have a really nice Showroom and Factory on site but it's not a facility you can go to for exercise and training classes. Factory Showroom only, but their new BIO ARC strength line is outstanding. BEST COMMERCIAL HEALTH CLUB EQUIPMENT AROUND. OUTSTANDING PRODUCT!
