The staff is very friendly and helpful! They are sure to learn your name and make you feel part of the club, be it dropping in to grab a Herbalife shake and tea, or working out with them MWF at 6am and 6pm for Fit Camp. 100% enjoy my time here whether its sweating out my dinner on the elementary school's playground, or grabbing a shake for dinner. These people know how to celebrate success and progress.

My favorite place to be in town! Delicious and healthy shakes of all flavors, supportive and friendly coaches, and free workouts every week!! Come here for meal planning, weight-loss, muscle-gain, or even just a positive community!

Great coaches all with wonderful personalities. Custom meal plans, Herbalife inspired. Best of all FREE fit camp for everyone Mon, Wed, and Fri!!!!

Love this place. Always greeted every time I walk in the door. It's a great place to get a healthy meal replacement shake. Hands down best flavor is the Banana Carmel! Oh and can't forget aloe is super bomb in the tea!

First thing you see is a clean and respectable business. Great workers with great energy to greet you when you walk in. For those who are into healthier options or individuals who are passionate about physical fitness, Refuel Nutrition provides a tasty and fulfilling product. I would even buy their shakes as a snack to satisfy my sweet tooth.
