Great gym, solid equipment and reasonably priced. Most of all though coaches Danniel and Lazo are fantastic people. They motivate and push you to do your best while you are working out. Highly recommended!!!

AMAZING!! Truly one of the best gyms I've ever been to. From the incredible staff (Daniel, Biv and Lazo to name a few) to the pristine and motivating atmosphere- I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. ALSO they have the cutest pupper ever, and her name is Ness! :) YOU MUST GO!
These guys are awesome, the owners are the type of people you could see yourself grabbing a drink with, they really get to know you. If you are looking for a supportive community that pushes you to get better, look no further!

I finally have some time to make a review. It's been a year since I first step foot here and I never thought I'd love it as much as I do. If you told me a year ago that in a year I'd be as active and make the amount of progress as I've made now... I wouldn't have believed you. The crazy part is it doesn't feel like a typical gym where you have to find the motivation to push yourself. The coaches, the owners, and the athletes themselves push you. You build relationships and a second family. Hell, I even got the nickname "gym troll" for always being around.
In all seriousness, I have never met such an amazing group of individuals who encourage me to better myself physically. There were several days I never thought I could do a certain lift or excel in a certain work out... where now, I enjoy doing it for the hell of it! On top of that, the gym always tries to do outings and events that's all inclusive. This gym is meant for any age as well! Why not start your children young and bring ya whole family!

Solid gym with friendly and knowledgeable coaches. Classes are solid. This is a special place with a very inviting atmosphere. Plus there is a really awesome gym dog.
Coaches care about making sure you warm-up properly and use the right technique to not hurt yourself. The environment is motivating and you always get a good work-out in. Place is still new and everyone is friendly. Gym dog Ness is cool too!
