Awesome staff, all the equipment you need. Highly recommend the C4 training class for people of all fitness levels

Small GYM. Great people. I came here with my company for a team building exercise it was a lot of fun. John and Derek made us do some fun activities. I think if you do group work outs this place is fun but other then that you are limited on equipment but enough to get a good workout in. This place has trained a lot of NFL kickers and players in general.
