Best service ever...and I don't exaggerate!! Not only was the place neat,clean and relaxed atmosphere...But the 3 female associates there gave me a live plant right off the shelf. My wife fell in love with this type of tropical plant years ago before she fell ill. My wife has been in a semi coma state for 3 years now, and the same plant she had died because of the last cold chill here in California. Those employees wanted to make my wife happy, and tears were flowing from my eyes. God bless them all. How can you compare heartfelt service like this? Excellent !! My first 5 stars given!!

Recently I decided to make my first purchase at lululemon, and was initially excited to own a pair of their leggings considering how high quality they were supposed to be. I purchased an 'in movement 7/8th legging size 6' and after wearing them once the thread at the waistband started coming undone. I was annoyed by this, but I just thought maybe the pair I got was defective so I went back to get an exchange for the exact same pair. Although the cashier at the front was perfectly cordial, I found it strange that I wasn't allowed to look for my own exchange pair, I had to wait at the register to be brought the exchange pair. I specifically asked the cashier if the leggings were the exact same as my initial purchase and he assured me the leggings he grabbed were the exact same ones. Just tried them on to find out the leggings were not the same, he had given me a size 8. So my life has been inconvienced twice over something that shouldn't of been an issue in the first place.
