I was fighting a back injury for almost 10 months when I discovered R3G3N. I had been going to an Orthopedic for the entire time and they told me to rest, stretch and prescribed physical therapy during this time. I did it all and although I got a little better, I still struggled to live my life without a constant pain that caused me to walk bent over. I was unable to function normally in my daily life, sleep, and I was not able to return to work. I started going to Cryotherapy at R3G3N because of a recommendation from a friend. I did 4 sessions in two weeks and immediately began feeling a drastic change in my healing process. I was back to work 1.5 months later and have no doubt that it was from these Cryotherapy sessions. Robert and the staff at R3G3N are very nice and have a genuine desire to help you recover from any type of pain or soreness. They are not doctors or physical therapists but I feel that the services they provided gave me my life back. I would have paid any amount of money to get back to work and to have a functional life but I only had to pay for 4 sessions. Now I use the sessions as a preventative measure and recommend it to everyone.
