This place was nice and all to begin with my sister signed up when she started college in the area.. Then when summer vacation was drawing near her and her friends went in and talked to a man named chuck. explaining to him that they would like to cancel there memberships for the upcoming summer months as they would be heading home for summer and not around to use the services. Chuck said sure no problem and that he understood and would take care of it. So imagine these girls surprise when the monthly membership fee was taken out under automatic payment. They went in to find out what exactly happened to cancelling their membership the man claimed that he had no recollection of them coming in to cancel membership and that they would not be getting a refund. he suggested they use the time they paid for. When told that the payment for that month never should have come out because they had previously cancelled membership and would not be able to use the time or services paid for( for the lack of being able to be in two places at was.) the response they were given was well that's not our problem. So my mother stepped in to see what was going on since she had felt that this placed had just screwed multiple starving college students out of hundreds of dollars. When she called and talked to a woman named Julie she was told to call back with all the information and it would be taken care. When she called back less then 5 mins later Julie pretended to know nothing of the conversation they just had and put chuck on the phone, he then proceeded to tell my mother that my sister and all her college friends are liars and short of filing fraudulent charges with the bank they would be getting nothing back and hung up the phone. So if I could give this place less then one star I would. Don't go there if they are willing to take advantage of struggling college students they Will take advantage of you too.

Amazing workout, great people and you feel good after kicking and punching some steam off.
A GREAT full body workout every time. I am always promoting 9Round whenever possible. I truly believe you can't get a better workout, build muscle AND cardio. I have been going regularly for the last 9 months and have well over 100 workouts under my belt and have never been bored during a workout. The trainers are fantastic and are there to help and guide always.

I've never looked forward to working out before this! I wake up, get dressed and head out. I have a 4 month old right now and even bring him sometimes! They're very nice and helpful! I love going! It's only a 30 minute workout, but it's an A** kicker of a workout!

Fast & Fun !! The trainers care about you & your workouts. They always encourage & push you to get the most out of your time that you have in here. Definitely worth the money and it's definitely the best 30 mins of my day!
I love it here! All of the trainers here are awesome and really push you when you need it. I haven't found anywhere that gives you such great results in 30 minutes and it goes by quick! I'm hooked!

I attend 3 times a week and look forward to adding another day, I honestly look forward to going. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful and are motivating which is just what I need. This is my LAST gym, I love it.

This is the best workout ever! I can't wait to get there everyday! The most fun I've had working out! Jewels and Chuck and the staff keep you motivated and are with you every step of the way!!!! Tom, the owner is always there to greet us with a friendly smile!!! Makes us feel like V.I.P.s!!!!! Great workout!! Great staff!!! Great FUN!!!!!!!!
