I absolutely adore this Yoga studio, the owner is such a sweet and caring person, she re-ups her teaching styles by going to India and learning with the best and she is so grounded and just a really good and caring person. Her staff reflects her! The only thing I can say that I dislike is the temperature of the studio on a hot day. It's stuffy because they keep their studio at a higher temperature year round; about 80 degrees. However, you do get used to it while in session and because you're so focused on following your practice you forget about it. My favorite time to go is when Jill Jones teaches, she's so down to earth.
I absolutely love the people at Sun Kissed Yoga. Amazing classes and they are so warm and welcoming! It feels like family.
I have been coming here ever since it opened and this is a great place to come for your yoga practice, young or old. Cannot ask for a better place to make new friends with like and kind. You guys are simply awesome.
