The gym is a great place. Really clean. Most of the employees are super nice and helpful. I go virtually every day. For what you get at the price you pay it's totally worth it.
This place is AWESOME!! I'm glad I joined the boot camp family
PLEASE BEWARE!!! I signed up for their "FREE" 6-week challenge. First of all, it isn't free, you pay up front, if you lose 25 pounds, you get your money back. Fair enough. If I actually lost the wait I figure it would be worth it. I signed up, split my payment into three so they would coincide with my paydays and was ready to get to work. I went to one class and it was a great workout. However, I never had an intro or an orientation, just a weigh-in. Therefore, nobody ever discussed details, explained the contract or gave me a plan. Since my first class was several days after I signed up, I asked the person who signed me up when I was getting a meal plan. After a couple of requests, she sent me a link via text. I was feeling like it wasn't structured but the workout was good. A couple of days later, my account is a couple hundred dollars short. They actually charged me a week before the date I was told they were going to charge me which they said was a "system errror". I asked if they could give me an immediate refund but they said they couldn't because the payment was processing. At this point, I'm totally frustrated, as this "system error" caused my account to be overdrawn and incur overdraft fees. At this point, I felt this was a shady business and asked for cancellation of the challenge and a full refund. I was told I could only get a refund if I completed the program and lost 25 pounds. I told them I didn't trust them as a business with integrity, and their customer service was terrible, and didn't feel comfortable patronizing their business. Now, I can't get them to return my emails or text messages. What kind of business is this?

Coaches here motivated me to do my best and I always finish the class knowing I put my all into it.
