I am so impressed with this studio! They have taken the time to get to know me personal. ALL the instructors are very caring authentic people. During these tough times they immediately problem solved and got online broadcasting live practices and now have switched to Zoom. Truly an incredible group of people and a wonderful yoga community.
This was my first time visiting this studio..I do yin ..i did find it rather cold i am used to it being a little warn while yin ..the room is located where you can hear the cars going by so louder music would have been nice I also found it a tad bit bright in the room ..the instructor was really nice the studio its self was clean very nice ..i will go back i am hoping that the room temo was just that one time as yin yoga usually does have a warmer room ...i also did a drop in so 20 bucks for one session was ok ...i was going to sign up but i want to try one more class first as the temp and noise really is a break or win for me
Nice clean place with good atmosphere. Kind of pricey. A little exclusive attitude for middle aged women.
