My family is completely hooked on capoeira thanks to Mestre Aranha and our new family of Capoeiristas. Aranha told me I would be surprised at how far I would go with the art, and he was so right. My boys train with Aranha in kids class and after a year I have never seen them have so much fun and yet be so focused and dedicated to improving themselves. Aranha is infectious with his love for the art- he has dedicated his life to it and it shows by his relaxed playful style of working you to the limit each class. I hate working out, but look forward to every class at allied capoeira league. I can feel results every time and can no longer imagine my life without capoeira. You will not be disappointed at ACL Sacramento.

Aranha is a well-versed and very knowledgeable capoeira teacher. You wont regret taking a class with him.
He is very patient with everyone, if you're a beginner you have nothing to worry about. He'll make sure that everything you do, you do well.

Aranha is not only a patient and effective instructor, but also a kind and knowledgeable one. He teaches all of the aspects of the art and creates a comfortable and safe learning environment.
Definitely try his class. You will love it!

Aranha is a skillful, thoughtful, clear, and motivating person. He will make you want to be the best person you can be in all ways, inside and outside of the academy. The workouts are both difficult and rewarding for everyone and he'll be right there with you working through them.

I trained capoeira for over 5 years and Aranha was one of the best teachers I had. His attention to detail was second to none. He has a great personality -serious about the art but never without a smile on his face. He also has the ability to give you one of the best workouts of your entire life. Train here... NOW!

Very welcoming and accommodating; regardless of your experience level they will make sure that you are included. Capoeira is an awesome way to get into fitness, and this group will absolutely keep you motivated to stay with it.

Before his move to California, I had Aranha as my teacher in Tallahassee. He's very skilled in capoeira and an amazing teacher. He's very patient and always willing to bring the best out of you. I never experienced any workout like I did when I attended his classes. 10/10 would definitely ache like that again.
