I get that PF is one of more affordable gyms however cleanliness should not be compromised in such a bacteria filled environment. The shower stalls look as though they haven't been scrubbed in weeks and the shower curtains need to be changed. The toilets have not been cleaned in quite a while. Like come on PF management, get it together.

I have only recently started going to the gym again, but I enjoy the atmosphere a lot more than I thought I would. I appreciate that the machines are often wiped down after each use and the lack of people who are out there to judge. Everyone here just wants to be healthier.

PF is a first-class operation all the way. Proof of that is in the details in which PF has missed none. And PF Country Club has to be one of the best PFs anywhere. Two stories makes it feel much less crowded even when it is. Tons of high-quality equipment. Great amenities (The Hydro-Massage Beds alone are worth the full membership). Always friendly staff. Open 24/7. For the rates PF charges, it's perhaps the best deal going on the planet!

Girl working behind the counter couldn't take us on a tour. So we bought a membership! As for me I don't like to hear the little 20 something year old blonde behind the counter muttering under her breath that the black lady walking out the door was going to have a comment made on in her file. Ohhhhh power trip to the max little snotty blonde girl. They never bill us on time so employees always ask my wife for $10.00 when she goes to workout. Which is great for me as I really dislike talking to douchebags or douchebaggettes in yoga pants.

Nice gym. No judgement that I've encountered. Very clean. However, I wonder who enforces the posted rules. I've heard grunting and no one did anything to stop him. It was disruptive.

The planet fitness at watt avenue is definitely running some kinda scam. Their management and team members seem to be consistently changing. I signed up online and showed them my membership info on the phone. They refused for me to use the facility. When I asked for a refund they had no clue how to give back my hard earned money. What a scam!!

I've been a member of Planet fitness about one month now, after being a member of bigger chain gyms I'm happy with the switch. This location is always clean, the staff is friendly and the equipment is well maintained. I've gone at several different times of the day and have no problem finding available room and equipment. Just like every gym they have a few obvious patrons that are regulars but they have been nothing but polite, and some helpful if needed. I really enjoy the atmosphere. If your looking for a gym where you can go to work out and not be bothered or feel uncomfortable I highly recommend this location.

My wife is a member of the gym. I am not a big gym person because I am a swimmer and getting big means sinking. I would wait for her to get done. That is fine according to the manager as long as I don't get on the equipment. We have been abiding to that rule and there were no troubles. All the staff are friendly for the past month or so. There are security cameras throughout the premises so it is impossible for one to be able to sneak in and get on the equipment anyway.
On 19:00 PST, 12th March, 2018, when we were carrying out the same routine, we were stopped by a staff named Heather who is a few twists shy of a slinky. The individual that was described had gone out her way to show me the door with attitude, insisting that it was a violation of the policy for me to wait for my wife to be done in the lounge.
This was all while another woman was sitting at the corner of the lounge. She did not seem like she was member either but merely waiting for her friend to finish working out. The result of that was my lovely outfit that day was drenched in obscene rainwater because I have to wait outside for an hour. Fortunately, I did not catch a cold as a result. I have a strong suspicion that the incident was race-related. We are currently in full cooperation with our attorney to file charges if necessary.
In addition to that, corporate will be notify of the incident and if the issue is still not resolved by then, we are afraid that we might need to notify the media to publicise such a mishap.

Not LGBT friendly; Unsafe and Dangerous
I have been harassed here by 2 different males on different occasions, one of them called me a homophobic slur when I have never even spoken a word to this person. All I do here is workout and I mind my own business. I simply ignored it and didn't want to cause a scene as I was on my way out. I don't stare or ogle at people while I'm working out because I don't like being judged myself. I have been going at different times to avoid these people but I shouldn't have too. I have even gone out of my way to avoid this location and I sometimes go to another location. I don't understand why this is an issue for people who don't even know me. I was teased and bullied when I was a child and now that I'm an adult; I can handle it better but it still bothers me. The employees seem nice and friendly but I didn't report it because ironically I didn't want them to judge me. I don't even know if they can ban people but if this harassment continues I'm going have to look into getting a restraining order against these individuals.

Planet fitness it's an ok place to work out at but when it comes to the billing they will charge you twice in a month and non of the staff here don't have any answers about the billing.

Horrible gym, the staff is rude they would charge up the ass for whatever and would make you pay it. Make sure to never ever get a contract with them. I got stuck with a contract got unemployed didn't pay it for 3 months couldn't use the gym. They're charging me 160 for the 3 months I wasnt even able to use, 30 for late fees, 20 each month of no use 40 initiation yearly fees and who knows for what. Be very careful I don't suggest this gym at all. Tried talking to the manages staff a couple times and they're useless

Not happy with this place, apparently they think it's okay for questionable individuals who frequent this place to harass others.
EDIT: As of 1/13/18, this issue is still unresolved. Bad review still stands.

This is a great gym with great price I was a 24hr member for the last 12 years but I have no regrets switching over

Staff not as welcoming as rancho location. Equipment is all brand new. Plenty of space usually.

New Facility - in fact some construction still happening. Great equipment and the staff seems very friendly.
Subtracted 1 star for not having Hot Water for over a week - another star because they don't have any idea when it will be fixed.
Last star is gone because there are no mats for the stretching area.
When/if they fix the water I'll adjust my review.
UPDATE: Water was fixed about a week after my original review. They got some mats to use for stretching that you can move around as well.
Staff still very friendly, and when a piece of equipment is out of service, it's usually fixed in a day or two. Early mornings are the best time to go - not very crowded. Afternoons you compete for machines.
Rules don't really mean anything to guests though - talking on the phones all over the gym, working out in jeans and street shoes, using the 30 minute cardio area to do weight lifting.
That's less on the staff and more on the guests though.

My favorite place to work out! I like their non-Judgemental attitude, their selection of workout machines, and the many machines that are always available when I need them. All for $10.00 a month!

Very rude staff and non respectful with seniors. Staff is so stuped. They don't know their rules and make their own verbal rules in the gum. If you ask them to show you their rules in agreement or their policy staff makes oval stuped face because they don't have it. Stuped stuff.

Brand new facility with friendly staff and plenty of equipment. The locker rooms are downstairs, but they did have an elevator to my surprise. Love that they provide free customer WiFi, even for the downstairs area. Great quality as always.
