I found Crossfit One Society through a 6 week challenge on Social media. In those 6 weeks it was apparent that I had found a gym that would put me to the challenge. Push me when I didn't have drive enough. During the first few weeks I met a fantastic community of fellow gym members. I was invited to join the gym community for the 2019 Crossfit Open, something I probably wouldn't have done on my own. Sure glad I did. Crossfit One Society became the coolest place to be on Friday nights! I can say it is still one of the coolest places to be, as I look forward to the workouts and interacting with the community on a daily basis. From 6 week challenge guy to a full time membership for my wife and myself. If you are looking for a place where you don't feel the intimidation of big Corporate gyms, a place to help you be your best, that gives the support to push you through on those tough workout days, and a place to meet a bunch of good people just like you, then Crossfit One Society is the place to be!
