Drove around for 30 min looking for this place. Never found it. They should let people know on their website where it is. Google maps sure did not get me there
It's a wonderful yoga center with wonderful yoga teachers and staff. The instructors are very health oriented and informative. For me it's been so beneficial for my health.
This center is my true home. I spend as much time as possible there, because it's a peaceful place.

I've grown to LOVE this center in such a short time. Growing up in very religious family made it difficult for me to see a difference between spirituality and religion. I have the freedom to keep my religious beliefs and begin to find my own sense of spirituality within myself. The center is welcoming to everyone, and I have met members from all different social, religious, and cultural backgrounds. The teachers are WORLD CLASS. The yoga lessons are for all levels of students: newbies, seasoned practicioners, and there are great gentle yoga classes for the elders and handicapped. I've met injured pro athletes that have used DYC as a large part of their physical therapy! Go and check it out, 45 bucks for 30-days of unlimited yoga AND meditation classes is the best deal here in contra costa
