This is a great gym to train. Lifting weights , conditioning, beginner to competitive athletes. Aswsome members that become great friendships.
Nutritional guidance, excellent coaching.

This gym is awesome. The Trainers teach you the right technique when lifting weights. They will also help you on your meal plan.

The personal attention to each member is amazing. Proper workout format and extreme care for technique allows for unbelievable improvements to your body. Nutrition counseling let's each person set their own goals with reasonable changes in food choices. I love this place and the people.

I have been coming here for 4 years. I don't look at it as a "membership" I look at is as part of my daily routine for a healthier lifestyle. And I have never been more happier meeting some amazing people!!! If you are looking to get out of your comfort zone then this is the place for you!

This is the best gym I have ever attended. They really do care about you and your sucess in the gym. They make you feel like family and like your always welcomed. I would 100% recommend this gym to anyone and everyone interested!!

I've experienced quite a variety of workouts and workout techniques, styles and ideas over the years... some fancy, others overwhelming. I've had to unlearn and relearn some things. At TI I found a sensible approach that helped rehab an injury, then build and strengthen for all around function, strength and conditioning. I feel, look and function better now, in my 50s than I did in my 20s or 30s. The staff is patient, and try to understand where we can benefit as individuals to take full advantage of each module. It boils down to me choosing to do the work, watching what and how i eat, and then, showing up to do what needs to get done to see the results I'm looking for!I'm grateful for the referral of a good friend that pointed me to Train Insane! And, thank you, Geoff, Marco & Tasha for your time, effort and dedication!

All workouts are thoughtfully programmed, the point is to make each person leaner & stronger & not just exhaust or injure members. In addition to the wonderful training, the coaches also provide nutrition consultations that help you achieve a healthy lifestyle outside of the gym. I definitely encourage people to give it a try. Unlike other gyms, this is a friendly environment. All members are willing to help & encourage one another. It becomes your 2nd family.

The program - weight lifting, metabolic conditioning, and proper nutrition - is the REAL thing and gives you REAL results. There are no miracles or tricks or loopholes, just hard work & dedication, which I think is the best part - you are in control of your results. The coaches provide you with everything you need to succeed in their program (the "road map" as they call it) and it's up to each person to follow it. At the end of the day your results are based upon how badly you want it and how much you are willing to dedicate to doing it for yourself. That in itself is motivating and empowering. That is what Train Insane instills into members - it really is a lifestyle change that we take with us everywhere we go, in and out of the gym. - 2014
Update: Three years later & I still stand by everything I have learned and continue to learn from the coaches at Train Insane. So much so that even after moving out of state I continue to pay for remote training & nutrition programs, it's THAT good. - 2017

I have found a confidence in myself I didn't know I had by learning to lift weights at Train Insane gym. They also taught me how to eat correctly to lose weight and add muscle, and at 44 I am in the best shape of my life. To say this place changed my life is not an understatement.
