My son has been coming here for two years now. It has been fun watching him grow in his confidence, discipline, respect, coordination, and most importantly, his martial arts. Master Seguel does a great job working with people from all skill levels. He does a great job teaching the art and also the fighting aspect of TKD. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking of getting into TKD.

Excellent Master Instructor, effective workout, every class is different (not the same routine every time you go), huge and nice space to train. Taekwondo and Kickboxing classes are perfect for someone who wants to get in shape, improve confidence, learn self defense techniques, improve life style!
