Very comfortable, clean and friendly place. I do not feel intimidated to be there. As a bonus, I love the unlimited tanning and massage beds.

Well, I'm very impressed with Planet Fitness. I went in this morning at 6 to get my daily exercise, and the parking lot was full. They had extra staff working this morning and was wiping everything down in the whole place. And the customers that were exercised were wiping everything down when they finished with each machine. Everyone was evenly spread out doing their own thing.

Wife enjoyed this gym. But trying to cancel the membership is a tremendous burden. We are out of town taking care of sick relative and have been for six months. We are free from that now and going to move to Texas. Cynthia said cancelation had to be done at the facility. Then says we can transfer to another location and go there to cancel....or we could do it certified mail. They can't do email (I can file taxes with the federal government with email). Going to take a few hours to clean up this small time BS and I'm not happy. Never again PF. Will look for a no contract gym and pay double to avoid this hassle. This is a silly policy.

I love Planet Fitness! I love the different types of workout equipment available, the friendly employees and all the "after workout" options (massage chair, hydrobed, beauty angel, etc). Overall great experience

It is a comfortable environment, not overly crowded, friendly staff, and clean! I would definitely recommend it. I enjoy working out there!

Staff is excellent. First time coming in Heidi was amazing in showing me around, explaining how everything worked and answering all my questions. Came in expecting to get the lowest membership and left with the black card.

I like the hours that gives me flexibility in my work-out scheduling... also, I love how clean the facility is and how the staff is constantly cleaning the whole time I am working out!

I can come in exercise and never worry about feeling out of place. The environment is very welcoming!!!! Definitely as the sign says "Judgement Free"

EXCELLENT gym to work out! I live in Florida and I work out here when I come to Roger's and Bentonville to visit family. I have been a guest here several times and I am never disappointed. Front desk is helpful and very friendly and the gym is CLEAN. I wish more gyms were like this one!

It does what it's supposed to do. Clean and friendly staff. They've got rowing machines now which is awesome.

Staff is always courteous, super clean zones thanks to employees doing their rounds. But above all Planet Fitness is so convenient being everywhere and 24/7. It's a no brainer for the price.

Enjoy coming to this center. Equipment is in great working order. It's hardly or never down. I can always get on equipment at 6 am. Facility is clean which is a plus. Lastly, the people who work there are friendly and helpful. Great gym!

I like it there. Easy to workout and clean equipment. The place is big enough even when they are busy, you still have alot of room to workout without crowding others.
