Maitri is my favorite place to practice yoga. It is donation based so you can pay the suggested $7 and up depending on your finances. This gesture alone makes it obvious Maitri is not about profit and really cares about reaching out to individuals and their physical and emotional needs through the practice of yoga.

Ahh, so grateful to call this space home. The teachers, the students, the room, the light... it's all a reminder to slow down, breathe, and just be. Thankful

Magical space to practice. Self care is necessary. Instructors support me in many ways. I couldn't be the person I've become without Maitri Yoga Studio. The past three years at Maitri has taught me patience, mindfulness, and so much more.
