Today I visited lululemon Fayetteville to ask a question about their repair/return policy. I have never come in before for a repair or return, but my leggings had a hole in them so I was there for information. I was greeted by one of their attendants who was extremely rude in the matter and informed me that my rip in my leggings was because of "operator error" essentially accusing me of ripping my own leggings which is the farthest thing from the truth. She essentially said there was "no way they could help" and there was "nothing they could do". I followed this up with a phone call to their corporate office who was WAY more helpful in the matter, had knowledge on the policy, and sent me the link to a return form. Lululemon is a great company, but this location is NOT.

My husband and I always shop here instead of online because of the great staff and customer service. On the very rare occasion that there is an issue with a product they are happy to help and stand behind the product guarantee.

Unfortunately, I assumed the location would be at the mall so when I googled the address because I was in from LR I was quite confused on location. It was a Sunday so once I found it they were closed, but all I can say is that the store looked so inviting, well stocked and organized. I like how cozy and set apart it was compared to most shopping mall experiences. So when I return next weekend I hope to be able to explore the store a bit more.

The staff at the Fayetteville location were absolutely wonderful. They were super friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend this store and will be shopping there in the future.

Store is a showroom, so it is very small and has a limited selection. Very friendly workers though!

Although this is only a showroom the selection isn't bad but is limited. The staff will always offer to order what you are looking for if they don't carry it. I'm just happy to have any Lululemon in the area. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and makes you feel welcome (including my four-legged friend) unlike some other locations around the states I have been to. The quality is the best, the comfort is unreal, and when I have encountered issues a few years ago customer service is eager to fix the problem. You get what you pay for.

Extremely friendly staff & extremely positive vibes flowing through the store when I visited last weekend!! There was a great stock of product, all very organized. The staff was knowledgeable & interactive and helped me narrow down my options to the perfect pant and bra for my lifestyle as a yoga teacher & outdoor lover. I'll definitely be back.

Great store. Great staff. they always go out of their way to help me find what I'm looking for and recommend other great ideas. Kelly is fantastic! I live in these clothes they are so comfortable. Wish they had more color options in polos, pants, etc. for men.

Located close to home in the Town Center Wayne. I shop here all the time and the staff is great. Especially Lizzie who is always happy to help. Expensive clothes, but you get what you pay for and the quality is stellar.
Price aside, I think lululemon makes some well engineered clothing for various sports. I like the vented shirts--with mesh and without. You can breathe in these clothes even while working up a serious sweat. I also like that the material is light and they make something for every layer---undies to outerwear. Also, hemming/alterations are complimentary if you need them. It remains to be seen how long they'll last, but for what they're charging, I hope it's forever.
