This yoga studio is wonderful. The staff is awesome and very encouraging! Classes are fun, supportive and the teachers are just incredible. The positive energy is so uplifting, it makes you feel like a part of a very special community. I'm new to the area and thankful I found Be One Studio!!!

I love this studio, the people inside, and the positive effect it has on our community! Be One is teeming with a variety of opportunities to grow and strengthen one's practice, on and off the mat. Everyone is welcome, and hopefully everyone feels that spirit of warmth and welcome upon entering. I know I do! :)

This studio is friendly, inclusive and the classes are taught by instructors who carefully taylor classes to the abilities of their students. The prices are very reasonable. They make yoga a part of my regular self care.

Be One Yoga is a studio that lives its mission of offering high quality, low cost accessibility to wellness programs to the people of Fayetteville. I love the fact that the space is not mirrored and the lighting is low (for the most part) so students can focus on being, not seeming. Every instructor and participant I have encountered at Be One Yoga has been friendly and open. The free community classes are amazing!

All 4 of my family members attend Be One Yoga classes and we are so grateful to have such a thoughtful studio available in our community. Helen does an amazing job of introducing children to yoga on Wednesdays. I am thrilled my two elementary age boys will grow up knowing yoga and self care are for boys too. Thank you Be One!

I've been actively coming to yoga at Be1 for over a year now, each instructor is uniquely different but all classes are geared towards everyone. This is a great community of friends to join, to better your yoga practice.

This is a very friendly, easy-going and comfortable place. I'm new to yoga and have felt welcomed and encouraged by everyone at this studio. The teachers' versatility in styles and breadth of real knowledge means there is definitely something for everyone here at Be One Yoga Studio. Check it out!

I absolutely love this studio. I feel like I get the true yoga experience here. The variety of classes is amazing and so are the teachers. I really like the feel of the small classes and the fact that they offer kids yoga as well. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to be a part of true yoga community that cares about you and others.
