Best place in Conway to take Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, kickboxing, and self defense classes. Fun environment and great people in every class. Stop in and give Jonny or Daniel a visit if you're interested.

I was able to drop in for a few classes while in Conway. The facilities were very well maintained, and the gym equipment was in great shape. The instructors were knowledgeable and provided quality instruction. Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly. I would absolutely recommend Gravitas to anyone looking for a great place to train.

I was involved in illegal weapons sales. The guys who ran this place, thwarted one of my shipments to Hong Kong. This lead to a final showdown between me and their leader. He kicked my rumpus in front of my kids....
I truly can't say enough good things about Gravitas. My 9yr twins and I have been training with them and it is awesome. It's way more than just a workout routine. The owners and staff make us feel as welcome as a second home and everyone is great with the kids. I really feel they are learning many life skills from training at Gravitas. They teach respect for others as well as respect for yourself. Top notch coaches and staff. I'm really happy we joined.
I am very thankful to have found Gravitas Martial Arts in Conway, AR. Not only are the coaches, Jonny and Daniel skilled and knowledgeable about mixed martial arts, they are also wonderful, down to earth people. They train because they love the sport. They are quick to show you how to improve and are always helping you to do better. Not only have they shown me that I am strong enough to practice these arts, but they have instilled in me a confidence that I haven't had in quite a while. This is more than "just a gym", this is family.
Gravitas has to be one of the most inviting martial schools I've been to. The environment allows for anyone at any level experience of martial art to train at their pace. It is very clean and organized. The people there are spectacular. If you're in Conway and looking for a martial arts school this is where you need to go!

I highly recommend checking Gravitas out. Daniel and Jonny are great teachers who strive to make their students the best they can be. Everyone I've met is friendly and it's a fun atmosphere! Not to mention I've lost 20 pounds or so since joining.
