Very good studio here in Yuma with an excellent atmosphere and an excellent certified instructor Tomi. I would recommend a class for anyone that anxiety issues, physical issues, or just needs some calmness in their day.
I visited Tomi for the first time today and it was amazing! I enjoyed the hot rocks and reflexology. The atmosphere is very inviting and relaxing. I will definitely be going back!

tomi is great at teaching everyone at all levels. I went to my first class this past Saturday. 5 bucks to drop in and I really liked her and her class
