I had a 1.5 hour first time massage with Kayla. She did an excellent job and paid particular attention to my shoulders as I requested. She answered my questions and Iwas pleased with quality of massage and amount of pressure which made for a wonderful experience. Thank you very much!!
Got in within an hour of booking , easy online booking. This is located in a fitness gym but when you walk in the massage is separate from the gym. Kayla was very sweet, asked what areas needed to be focused on, was giving just the right amount of pressure and very thorough. She did a wonderful job. Thanks!
I recently had a massage at Mountainside in Surprise with Kayla. She was great! I prefer a deep tissue massage and Kayla did a great job. I will be returning as I really enjoyed it. I will pass the word!

My massage was 1 1/2 , well worth it! Looking forward to future massages w/Kayla (thumbs up)!! First pleasantly surprised that mountainside fitness had massage services. As far as massage, I was first greeted by Kayla. She asked what type of massage I would like and if there was any problem areas. First stomach down as back massage progressed Kayla asked if pressure was alright. Later turned on back and was given needed neck massage. Also, bottom of foot massage. Included hot towel on back and forehead. I recommend Kayla.
I was very pleasantly surprised with my visit. I knew it was in a gym so I didn't expect a spa like atmosphere. I needed a real theraputic massage which is why I picked a gym. What I didn't expect was to be treated like I was at a spa with the heated table, hot towels, water fountain. You couldn't hear anything outside the massage room. The massage was fantastic. She hit more spots than I ever imagined I had and her neck work was by far better than anything I have ever experienced and the pressure was perfect.
I've gotten a lot of massages and this was the best massage ever. I get alot of tension headaches and the massage really helped. Tracy really focused on my upper body and I felt great! I can't wait to go back!

As a physical therapist I am very picky about my massages. I appreciate a therapist that is educated and knows how to give a truly therapeutic massage. Its not just about pressure but technique as well. Tracy is a great therapist and I will be back!

I have suffered most of my life from frequent headaches. I have been seeing Tracy 1-2 times a month for about a year. Her neck work is amazing! I have never had such detailed work to my neck. Since I have been going regularly my headaches are under control. They are far less frequent and they are not debilitating like they were before. She always communicates with me about pressure and my comfort level which is always right at that perfect hurts so good pressure. I am so grateful to be able to live like a normal person again. Thank you!

Tracy gave me the best massage I have ever had. I love how calm and comfortable the room is. She uses a hot towel for your feet and covers your eyes with a warming mask. When I go to here I like to get my muscles worked on and relax. She does an excellent job at giving me both. It is easy to book an appointment and when you want to talk she will talk with you and if you want to relax she lets you do that too. Sometimes I fall asleep because it feels so good. Tracy and Rochelle both do a fantastic job. As a group fitness instructor my body gets beat up pretty bad, and they take the time to release my knots and work on my tight muscles. I feel so much better afterwards. I highly recommend Massage at Mountainside!!

I had the best massage last week! My neck and shoulders were so tight and Tracy focused on those areas. I would highly recommend to get a massage soon!!
That was the best massage I have ever had! I went in with low back pain and I felt so much better the next day. She also found alot more areas that I didnt know were bothering me. I will be back! Great massage!
