Jose trained both of my high school aged kids and they had an awesome experience! He tailored their workout to meet their goals and kept it fun. I highly recommend Jose!!!

I love training here. There is a physical therapist on staff, some of the best trainers in Scottsdale and Yoga is offered every Sunday at 9am and Thursdays at 6:30! They also offer a community boot camp every Saturday at 9am and anyone can drop in to classes. Private training 7 days a week! !This a well rounded group of experienced fitness professionals I would highly recommend to everyone.

After walking into this place and seeing the environment first hand, it's easy to see every trainer knows their stuff and will do right by you. After speaking with the owners (Jose and Karen) and talking with them about their experience, there's no question they are the right trainer for any goals to have. How often go you see a trainer with 18 years of experience and another with a Masters in Kinesiology? Not often. Highly recommend Mostro Fitness!
