Kara is my Pilates instructor. She is not only highly knowledgeable in Pilates but also in anatomy and physiology of the body. She is positive, encouraging and always challenges me to get the most out of my session. Her studio is welcoming and fresh! I definitely recommend Kara if you are looking for a caring, knowledgeable Pilates instructor who can help take you to better health.
