I just did my first beginner bungee and had a blast! Would totally recommend!
I love the teacher/owner Amanda and her staff! I found out about this place via Mindbody, and I have taken some fun classes here.
Aerial Yoga (though it's not the fabric that you see used in circuses) instead uses a few dangling pieces where you can slide your body and feet through. This way, you are held in more securely. Amanda taught us some pretty nifty tricks when I took the class, including an inversion. She was very patient and never pushed anyone to do anything- but at the same time, she was super encouraging.
I also took an aerial ballet and bungee class there. Aerial ballet incorporated the hammock, and I loved how at the end, you would leave a piece of choreography. Bungee was okay too, except it was a bit tight on my legs (It'll take time getting used too).
Great studio. Everyone is nice and helpful.
I absolutely love this place! I just had my first intro to aerial class with the owner/trainer Amanda who was amazing. She made everyone feel comfortable and confident and I can't wait for my next class. this is great for breaking up your daily gym routine, it didn't even feel like a work out because it was so fun but man today am I sore !
Amazing class selection! Fun and great workout. Everyone here is so nice! Great atmosphere

I had tons of fun here with my fellow Geek Girls. We decided to try it after finding the Groupon. We have all different fitness levels in our group, but there were a ton of different class options, so we all found things that worked for our level. It was a great workout, my arms were so sore! We enjoyed it so much we decided to try the bungee class here too (which isn't included in the Groupon). It was fun and a totally unique experience.

I absolutely love this place. I started coming this month to work out some lower back issues and improve my flexibility. Within a couple of classes im already feeling better and am amazed with how fun it is! As someone who absolutely loathes working out, this is a nice change and there are so many options. From basic stretching to flipping upside down and decompressing your spine to doing splits mid air; the classes are awesome. The owner loves what she does, is very talented and is taking trainings to teach us new and exciting things. She has the energy of a 3 year old and is fun to watch! All skill levels are welcome and the instructors help make you feel welcome. Although this location happens to be close to me, my only wish is that she had more so all of my friends could come from all over the Valley. Great work Amanda and staff, I'm in love :) Nina

I was super excited after I found this on groupon, I even bought the most expensive one you can get because I didn't have a doubt this was something I wanted to get involved in. I moved here from the midwest and wanted to try a 'fun' workout where I could possibly make some friends.
Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like Amanda (the owner) cares about repeat customers, especially grouponers. When I arrived, the customer service was really off and unwelcoming. Amanda said I can use one of their yoga mats and said I can go get one myself. After I put my things in a cubbie, I walk over and see amanda with 4 yoga mats and placing them down by the swings.. assuming one was for me because there was literally only me, amanda, and one other person there, I try to help her and grab one but she just says "NO YOU CAN GET YOUR OWN OVER THERE!". Why is she setting up three mats for imaginary students not even present or on time in her class? She restated that they weren't for me and she pointed to where I could walk over and grab my own (why didnt she just grab me one too?).
After that some young girls came in all late and I discovered that Amanda was a coach for some kind of cheerleading/gymnastics team of teenagers and they were the ones she decided to grab mats and set up for (her non-paying buddies still in high school who didn't even show up on time?). She made it obvious that she wanted them to help her out and work at Lotus for her and discussed business while class was going on (literally feet in straps talking about who can fill certain shifts). The other 'paying' girl and myself were basically in a corner trying to figure stuff out ourselves. If Amanda is the owner, this business will not be around another year.
Please be advised that the floor and mats here are absolutely filthy.. not just the yoga mats you can borrow but the floor mats have hair, dirt, and nasty stuff that stick to your feet and when you put your feet in straps, all the disgusting debris fall into your eyes. I don't think the floors have ever been cleaned nor swept.
I love the aerial fitness concept... maybe I'll start my own up.. maybe get certified for this bungee thing they think is so amazing.
Amanda... once someone comes in with the same idea that provides decent customer service.. bye bye!
Seriously the most fun I've ever had that had "exercise" attached to it!! This girl HATED working out till I discovered this place!! Amanda is AMAZING and so motivating!!
Marni is so much fun. The intro class was a blast! Definitely coming again
Absolutely love Amanda and Elyce! Plus the classes are so much fun while giving you a workout! Haven't sweated so much in a long time!! Highly recommend!!
