I was referred here by a good friend. I talked to several members who were all happy and many have been going here a decade or two. They have everything you are looking for in a gym. Much of the equipment is new, the pool deck was recently repaired, they have a variety of classes with top instructors, they have knowledgable personal trainers, lockers and child care is also available. It is a fun place to get in shape and stay fit.
I went to this gym on the recommendation of my friend and now all I can say is that this gym is the best and I haven't seen a better gym with such an amazing and professional staff. They always do their job with honesty and always stick with their customers.

I have been in and out as a member at this location because of something would be out of service. I belive it's getting better under the new owner now. Everyone is nice and loveable. As well as everything functions every time I went. I mostly use the esteem room which worked so perfect all the time.

SCAM ALERT!!! I went in to ask about membership. I was told many times by Martin that I pay first and last month's payment and I can quit anytime by giving 30 days notice. Then he asked me for my credit card. I told him I wasn't agreeing to the deal without seeing the contract. He told me their system wouldn't show the contract without filling out the current screen which requires the card. Only when I said the deal is off if I can't see the contract did he find a paper contract to show me. It had terms indicating a contract although the blanks were empty. One term said that if a payment was not collectable, the "entire contract balance is due immediately". The BBB website has complaints aledging the misuse of this clause. Another note: they have 3 different names; one on their door(StaFit), one on the sign by the road(fitness forum), and still another on Google(fitness works).

This gym is a greedy scam of a business. They don't disclose any details about what your signing up for, they just have you sign it. They keep important information hidden to lure you in a legal trap, and surprise you with ridiculous fees, and contract rules. Customer service was one of the worst I've ever experienced, they don't care about you, only their own bank accounts. Be careful when considering this establishment.
I only use their swimming pool. Very good indoor swimming with unbeatable price. Membership is only 100/year on the Thanksgiving deal. Sunday afternoon I can bring all friends and family to enjoy the pool and there're not very crowded at all. The only thing I wish they could have is the kids membership so I can send my kid to swim there any time of the week.

Nice facility with new equipment and a clean separation from free weights and Nautilus section. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with .
Best staff ever. The trainers are knowledgeable and I feel welcome every time I come in! Gabby and Morgan always make us feel welcome, and Phoenix is the best trainer around!
Cheap, 1 mile from my home, weight room never gets crowded. Decent mix of older/younger members but all seem to be fairly serious in their training. Overall very satisfied.
The place got bought out recently by Fitness Works, and they put a million dollars into renovations. It shows! New machines, and there's tons available so getting what you want shouldn't be a problem. They also have an indoor pool with aqua aerobics classes. They do tons of other classes as well, and they're free with membership. The tanning bed, sauna, and steam room are also available for all members, which is nice. Shout out to Morgan who helped me out today, she was super sweet! Everyone was super nice and actually seemed to care, vs places like Planet Fitness where you're literally just a number. I'm super impressed so far, and I'll come back and update once I've been going longer.
Newly renovated to there is a lot of new equipment. This gym isn't typically very busy which I really like, there is little to no wait for whatever you want to use. Overall nice facility, i just hope the lockerrooms are next in line for renovations!
It's pretty good. Most of the machines are brand new. It's almost never too crowded, nor do you usually have to wait for a machine to be available. Also has a wet and dry sauna.
