I heard about the studio from a co-worker and decided to go try something new, I was told you did not need dancing experience, and the first class was free so I said, why not! I have never ever had any ballerina or formal dance training so I was a bit skeptical at first. I was definately getting tired of the monotonous gym routine and had been looking for something new for a while, I tried the class and was hooked.
Lisa was so patient with me and would come around and correct us if we were performing a move incorrectly. She was welcoming, warm, friendly and always smiling so her positive energy was a plus to the awesome workout. I began to go religiously 2-4 times a week and within 2 weeks I began to notice a difference, by my second month I had never seen so much definition on my abs, arms, and legs. I was about to donate my skinny jeans to Goodwill and I pulled them right out of the bag and I am now back to a size 25-26! Lost all my love handles and everything else that doesn't look good in a bathing suit!
I have now quit my gym membership and go to the studio as my regular workout routine. I LOVE STUDIO BFF :)
