I would encourage anyone who is seeking a gym where they feel welcomed and valued as a customer to please avoid Lifetime Fitness. The employees do not care about the needs of the customers.

Have been a member for 10 years. The yoga program is world class plus they have two locations that offer yoga 6:00 - 6:00 p.m. or so. The facility is always clean and the people have always been friendly to me I don't understand the negative reviews . posted. I can only assume some trolling going on.

Beware if this facility .... they will be very difficult to end your membership... even if you give notice... very dirty... staph and strep infections in the bathrooms and I have heard of mersa infections on the equipment... they never clean the equipment... ask them how and what they clean with

Very unfriendly staff at rhe front today. We are members of a Platinum club in MN which is below Onyx and they let my daughter have a one time visit - but made us feel like dirt about it. They need to hire better staff.

I used to like this place for the yoga and the fact that it was open 24 hours a day, now it isn't and to be honest it seemed to have gone a bit downhill lately. I cancelled my membership and decided to go to a cross fit instead.

Well obviously this gym has everything ...but its too much for me. i feel like im being judged as soon as i walk through the door. i'll be quitting soon.

This place is now the epitome of greed. I used to love to come here late at night, at odd hours, due to the fact that this gym is grossly overflowed at most prime hours. However, for no apparent reason other than to save money, this gym decided to go from being open 24/7 to being open around 12 hours a day. Not only is this not OK for me to begin with, but they have not done anything special, such as lower membership prices, or anything involving lowering prices. Absolutely ridiculous. I will now be investing 1/10th the cost and going to Gold's Gym. Good Riddance.

Wow, talk about a brand that's doing it wrong. I was a Lifetime Fitness member for several years, at their Tempe and then later Scottsdale locations. I had always had good experiences there, with the exception of annoyance at some of their marketing tactics ("we're giving you this 'free' magazine with your membership, except after 6 months you have to go and manually opt out or we just start charging you for it"), and a drip email system that is impossible to unsubscribe from. Anyhow, I have heard good things about the Lifepower classes lately. When I checked out the website it misleads you to believe they offer a week trial pass (they do, but only at a location in MN). Aside from that, the pricing info on the website is incorrect. I went into Lifepower at Pima Crossing to inquire about membership/package options and I was shocked at how unbelievably rude the staff member at the front desk was. She was so cold, condescending and unhelpful I could hardly get out of there fast enough. I was considering possibly dropping my current gym membership to pick up a much more expensive Lifetime/Lifepower membership...not anymore, nor will I recommend it. Excellent job at not earning business via terrible customer service.
