I tried this place because they had a good Groupon deal. Mistake! The deal was for three months, I quit after a month. The coaches don't review movements with beginners (I was not a beginner, so this did not affect me, but it is still important as a fitness establishment). I see so many people doing incorrect movements and the coaches ignore them. This is a recipe for injuries! They have way too many rules: you can't be a few minutes late, you must participate in each of the warm-ups (even though I bike 20 minutes to get there...plenty warm, thanks!), etc. I understand that warm-ups that are related to that class' workout is beneficial, but they do the same exact warm-up each time. The staff and coaches are surly and I feel that they only care about profit today and not really the long-term commitment of having a good business. I guess these types of places come and go all the time and they're focus on making money today. TruHIT is just crossfit with lighter weights, nothing special.
