I LOVE this ladies only gym! The owner is full of enthusiasm and has inspired me to get in the best shape of my life! I love how clean the gym is and the classes are fun here! The classes are all included and range from Yoga to cycling....its a great deal!

Talk about personal attention. Jodi the owner is on site most everyday teaching classes. Great facility friendly environment excellent equipment. And now they've recently added a massage therapist.

So grateful to work here. Jodi is absolutely amazing and runs her business on point at every minute, making happiness happen. The faces that come in are so lovely to meet and the trainers are the BEST. A very supportive girl power inspiring environment.

Small, but has all the equipment needed, whether your preference is free weights or using the machines. Trainers are great and good variety of classes offered. Love coming here to work out! Ladies only.
