I travel a lot and go to many yoga studios. This is one of the best I have found with LA quality teaching. John is an excellent instructor - probably the best I have found.
great studio for hot and heated class, upbeat music, clever flows and a clean, inviting environment, plus supports a local business.
Really delivers on the "Modern"
I'm an enthusiastic but pretty novice yoga practitioner
Bathrooms and facility in general are clean, fresh, and well taken care of. Nice touches in the bathroom for showering after class.
I'm currently doing a $20 unlimited for 2 weeks. The teachers so far that I've had have slightly different styles and music to accompany class and all have been enjoyable.
Took a Hot Vinyasa Flow class and I've never sweat so much in my life. Felt excellent afterward and really enjoyed the music, didn't put me to sleep more so kept me going. Pretty hard class but well worth it
I've taken four classes and I've been happy with each class and teacher! Stephani especially has been great.
A very nice facility lots of room I've been enjoying the Saturday night donation-based hot yoga class! Thank you Modern Yoga!
Wow, my heart is saddened & apologize in advance for this negative review. I have been shamed and humiliated by "Nicole". I "thought" I was a valued customer of Modern Yoga. Her aggressive response & less than desirable interaction does not stand true to their cherished "inspiring" practice. Just a suggestion... maybe she should focus on deepening her own breath & allow ALL their customers to evolve & reach their full potential- not just a selected group. We are ALL the SAME -we are ONE!!

Fun, ever-changing yoga related items for sale (most from small or locally owned sellers). Three nice studios...one with a yoga wall. Best yoga studio I've ever been to and I'm so happy to call Modern Yoga my new home! The talent of teachers they have is incredible and the vibe of the studio is so beautiful. No corporate rules and the owners John & Nicole did it right. Everything from class prices & customer service, to the showers & bathrooms is outstanding. Not to mention, the classes are a blast and they have a wide variety of times and styles. I highly recommend checking it out :) And first class is free for Arizona residents!
