Such an amazing studio lead by an amazing instructor. Nikki makes you feel like family as soon as you walk in the door. Not only did this experience provide me with a group of women I could relate to, a comfortable atmosphere where I could relax and focus, but the many workshops Nikki offers gave me a huge amount of knowledge and the confidence I needed for my first pregnancy and on into motherhood.

I love yoga and when I got pregnant, I planned to stick with my hot yoga studio. Instead I found I needed to lighten up and desired prenatal guidance on several poses. I am so grateful for Nikki - who is the only instructor who saved my abdominal muscles from splitting. Her birth knowledge is exceptional and her healing studio is warm and welcoming for yoga of all styles!
I found this place while on business in the area and it was fantastic. I ended up being the only person in class and Nikki tailored the class to address my issue areas and she also showed me some simple methods to stretch out an area with former injury aches. She's very passionate about what she does and using her talents to help others. This will definitely be my go-to yoga studio when I am in town!
I first found this place through a Groupon, but I loved it so much I decided to continue to take classes frequently! The environment is fun, intimate, and super welcoming. Nikki (the owner) is really helpful with helping you find the right adjustments so that you continue to be better and better. This is also a great place for prenatal/mommy and me yoga classes, which is Nikki's specialty. The prices are great and they even have a $5 yoga night every week! Highly recommend :)
